$97 / month, optional
Hosting, backups, routine checks, and up to 60 minutes of text or image updates each month.
Requests acknowledged within two business days, with timing agreed before work. New pages, features, and unused time do not roll into this allowance.
Ownership, cancellation, and other costs
You own the delivered website files and keep access to your accounts. Cancel care before the next renewal; hosting continues through the paid period. You can then move to your own hosting with your files. Domain registration, business email, and paid third-party services are separate. Without care, you arrange hosting and maintenance.
Two design revision rounds before launch. Report small corrections within 14 days after launch and they are included within the agreed scope. Your delivery date is agreed once content, access, and scope are ready.

For the past few years, I’ve been learning and building websites, from front-end design to back-end development. I’ve created sites for myself, friends with landscaping businesses, and family members who run businesses in the trades.
I also worked at a tech company building software for its finance team. I’m now in my senior year studying finance and computer science, combining a business perspective with the technical skills behind each website.
I have a huge passion for this work. I love turning an idea into a website a business owner is proud to share, and helping keep it useful as their business grows. You work directly with me from the first conversation through launch and ongoing care.

What do I get in the free preview?
One homepage design direction tailored to the information you share. It is a visual starting point, not a complete free website. We discuss fit and scope first, then agree when your preview will be ready. No payment is required to see it.
How long does the full website take?
We agree on a delivery date after confirming your pages, content, and account access. The scope and how quickly we can review content determine the timeline. You will know the plan before the full build begins.
Do I own my site if I stop the care plan?
Yes. You keep your delivered files and access to your accounts. Hosting through the care plan ends with the paid period, so you will need your own host to keep the site online afterward. Third-party services remain subject to their own licenses and fees.
Can you work with my existing website or domain?
Yes. Include your website address in the form. I will review what you have and explain whether improvements or a new build make more sense. We agree on any migration work before making changes.
Will you write the words and choose images?
Page copy is developed with your input. You provide accurate service details, locations, and any business claims. We can use your photography or suitable licensed imagery. Paid assets are discussed before purchase.
Does a new website guarantee more leads?
No. A website gives visitors a clearer way to understand and contact your business. Inquiries also depend on traffic, your offer, competition, and follow-up. Basic search setup is included; search rankings and sales are not guaranteed.
